14-day money-back guarantee

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This applies to monthly and yearly plans. Email support@thenetfix.com with the email you used at checkout.

After 14 days

Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong, such as a double charge or a renewal you meant to cancel and didn't use, write to us and we'll put it right.

How to cancel

• Open your DNS profile or account console and choose Manage subscription, or use the link in any receipt email.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your profile then moves to the Free plan; your settings are kept.
• You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.

Who handles payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
